Up for sale is a 1970s vintage made in America J.C. Penney’s men’s size 40 light tan or kinda natural undyed split cowhide/suede shell, wool shearling lining, five snap front closure, Rancher/Marlboro Man jacket in great to excellent vintage condition overall – expected minimal signs of wear, nothing serious, it could use a cleaning, there is a tear in the suede right at the front of the top of the left sleeve where it joins to the body of the jacket (see last 2 photos); other than that, no outstanding issues to report. I will guarantee the following measurements to within a half inch but I cannot guarantee a specific tagged size nor that the coat will fit you – know your measurements, that is your responsibility. Approximate measurements (to +/- half inch) taken across the back: shoulder seam to seam – 19.5″; armpit to pit – 23.5″; armpit to sleeve end – 17″; shoulder seam to sleeve end – 24″; sleeve end to middle collar seam – 34″; collar seam to bottom – 28″. Please examine all the photos of the actual item (no stock photos ever) to ascertain the condition for yourself; the photos serve as part of the description but if the photos differ from the text, obviously the photos take precedence. If, after looking at the photos, you have questions or would like additional photos, please contact me.
