eBay UNUSUAL 1855 G1$ CALIFORNIA GOLD BG-533 W/DIAMONDS Here’s an unusual item we found in the back of our vault that’s been there for a few decades: a genuine California $1 fractional gold, variety BG-533. It is mounted in a 14k gold bezel with two nice diamonds set in the gold dollar. We have handled several pieces of Cal gold incorporated into fine jewelry, but never have we seen anything like this one. It is extremely rare and unusual. We cannot tell how big the diamonds are, so you must be the judge. ~ FAIR WARNING ~ Items can be sold at any time if no bids show as we sell at coin shows, on other websites and to dealers.
